Morgan's feels like a neighborhood bar. They make great burgers and fries, and the service is very good. They were serving prime rib sandwiches the day I was there, but I'd just eaten a Canteen loose meat sandwich, so i want that hungry. The prime rib smelled great, though. The prices are fair and the beer is cold.

Unbelievable gem in Ottumwa. We showed up with 10 on RAGBRAI and we were welcomed by everyone immediately. Everyone affiliated with this place was amazing, I can't undersell this. Burgers and fries were amazing. This place is great but the people and food make it top notch. Thanks again.

Jen and I really enjoy the burgers, fries and beer at Morgan's. They were nominated as a finalist for the Iowa Burger of the Year in 2019, and I have to say they are one of our favorites. Tonight the special was a half pound cheeseburger and fries for 6! And that is only a buck or two off regular price. We ordered two, but couldn't finish it all. The burgers are cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectly. This is great food. Yes, it has a bit of a "dive bar" feel, and the decor is very scewed to the black and yeller school, but we love this place, and will keep coming back! Hope you try it out. (Note - cash only, no credit cards.)

I go here to eat at least once a week. All my employees love eating here as well. Morgan’s has one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. The fries are awesome as well. I love their tenderloin too. I highly recommend this restaurant.
